My phantomplates order showed up with the three can of spray and a license plate cover. The problem was that the cans of spray rolled around in the box and broke the plastic cover into many pieces.

When I tried to contact the the company they would not return my calls or my E-mails. I would say this is their standard operating procedure. While I have not gotten a ticket with the Photoblocker spray on my plates I would not order any thing from these folks again. Buyer beware.
