The worst customer service - lack of flower delivery

I will never use from you flowers again nor will I refer them. I was supposed to be the recipient of a dozen roses, card and teddy bear for Valentine's day and I never received the order. To make a long story short after multiple phone calls to from you flowers customer service, being hung up on twice, two unanswered emails (their website says you'll get a response within two hours), being on hold for hours at a time and talking to countless customer service reps we finally was able to get a refund and a complimentary floral arrangement. I believe the florist was who initially messed up but the customer service I received from this company was unacceptable on so many levels. I had to ask for their executive relations department after being on the phone with someone for over an hour and them offering me a $30 gift card (which I declined because I will never use them again) for them to finally put me on the phone with a supervisor who honored the complimentary floral arrangement that they sent the same day. At this point it was no longer about me not getting the flowers, it was more so the principal. You cannot give me bad business then on top of that provide unacceptable customer service. I work in the customer service field and my boyfriend is a business owner and if we ever gave our customers this kind of cusstomer service I would be unemployed and he would never be profitable. I do not understand how they are still in business operating like this. If you google most businesses executive relations they will give you an email, a physical address and sometimes a number. I found nothing on this company and there should always be some place to escalate to above customer service. I kept the information for the florist that made today's delivery so if my boyfriend wants to send flowers to my job going forward he could order directly through them.
