I purchased a Supposed to be new car, and this car has been driven, it had over 850 miles on it the floor mats where not new and some marks or scarches on but they say its new, the so call gave me so

I purchased what I thought was a brand new car, it had over 850 miles on the car, the floor mats are old looking and the car was dirty and the carpate has dirt or crumbs down on the side and some sratch marks on the outside, its a black car did not see them at first. They did offer a stripping on the car and yes Thanks for that but the Environmental they so called gave me I don't believe it was done, nor did I get any type of gurantee on this, and when I ask for the car facts, I was told this is unheard of for a new car. But they are trying to tell me we have bent over backward for you, This is what you do when someone buys a new car and I'm very very sad about the purchase. My heart hurt. I was also told they will give me 2 months before my first car payment and they now say this was never told to me. Now I'm stupid.
