Ripoff

I had brought a car from them in the car was a 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Cierra and the salesperson told me that the knocking that I felt at my foot while driving it was "air in the brake line" about three days later I return the car with intention to return it and get my money back but the manager told me that I could not do that and that I had to keep the car and that it was under warranty that didnt cover the problem, they sent the car to a mechanic in Shelbyville and told me that I had to pay for the towing fee.

Another problem I had was that they would get the telephone book out and call my neighbors and act like they were long time friends and that was very unacceptable. They were very harrassing each time I got a call from them. I finally got tired of struggling with my bills and let the car go and now they are garnishing my paycheck of 25% of my wages after taxes. I feel that this should be stopped and now acceptable for anyone to have to go through...

I will never ever refer anyone to them and I will never ever go back to them. Something needs to be done about this because this has really made my crdit bad that was partially good. The payments were outstanding with a interest rate of 28%, I asked to be refinance after five months and they did but it was still a rip off. They are a RIPOFF...
