My 1st run-in with atlas towing was when they towed my '12 5.0 mustang for taking 2 pkg spaces in front of my apt. Alleging I was illegally parked;taking 2 pkg spots, keeping others from damaging my new vehicle. I reluctantly "ate"that encounter @ a cost of $300. NOW, less than 60 days later, someone steals my rims n tires. Early friday morning. We inform mgmt on property of my apt, file police report, have csi brush for smeared glove prints and ins adjuster comes out about 3pm, same fri. Car is still on bricks and I took photos with cones for safety apt mgmt placed by my car.By the time we all decide how 2 handle this, dealership is closing til monday. Monday comes, dealership orders rims n tires n says they'll pickup car on tues afternoon. Well tuesday morn b4 dealership camn get 2 it, atlas tows may car wrecklessly, charging that veh was abandoned. I rush 2 apt mgmt who tell me, none of them authorized this bkuz they knew about it, and told towtruck driver he couldn't.
