21st Century Ins quote doubled from Orig when I Inquired no reasonable answer? I was told to be quiet, hung up on, disrespected

I applied for quote online and got the quote conformation e-mail a few days later for 700.00 ruffly then received the conformation quote in the mail for the same 700.00 rate, so i called to purchase policy, only to be told that it was 1400.00. When asked why he stated that he was not sure but he would call me back he never did, i called a 2nd time and the representative in the middle of discussing my coverage he just decided to hang up the phone. Then i called back a 3rd time and got a female representative and she had the nerve to tell me to be quiet and since i did not like the quote have a nice day and hung up.

How can i or any consumer do buisness with a company that uses these kinds of three card molly scam tactic quotes to get money and trains their employees to speak to customers and treat them that way? 3 times is no coincident. 21st century insurance is a terrible company to do business with do not even waste your time.
