We asked if the car includes a clear car fax and was accident-free dale whittington stated it had been, and offered us having a doctored statement statin g the automobile was good. On june 11 we went a carfax record unearthed that this vehicle was in a incident, and had a combined back odometer. Whenever we asked the seller about this he said they automobile didn't possess a folded back odometer and he'd not be willing to accomplish anything about any of it. Our next call to him on june 12 he stated that car fax had made many incorrect entrys and he'd get in touch with car fax and solve thease problems.

July 25 i received observe that car fax won't delete the entrys in the statement. Just before that notice we were in shares of the colorateral trade or investing the automobile in but, he'd only give us $5,000 for this. Because we feel we were sold this vehicle under deceptive conditions, we feel we must not need to reduce $6,000! At this time we'd similar to our money back and get buy a car from another seller. We've made repeated calls for this dealership without any handle. All-they do is put us down. We've a conversation log of all of the calls which were made for this seller.
