Came upon this place by accident. I was actually looking at a Mazda 3 ata dealership next door and saw a Mazda 6 across the street. While I waslooking at the car, I was approached by Aftab Punjwani, the owner of his Dealership Daps Stop N Shop (Listed on State of Texas Secretary of State as Star Touch Inc). The car was clean, had a few issues, which he promised he would handle. We took the car for a spin and noticed a ticking or slight knock at low rpm. So we take it back and address this with Aftab, he tells us that there are rocks in the splash guard and that it will be handled. I tell him we are interested but that I want a warranty. He tells us that he will stand by the car and will throw in a 90 day 3500 mile warranty for the powertrain. Sounds like a good deal to us, so we leave a deposit.
About 5 days later we pick up the car, Aftab isn't even there to close the deal we deal with the Manager Sean. [continued below]...
