Poor services, messy airline

Never, never travel on-air china. I'm frquent flyer to asia & journeyed with increased then 10-12 different airways but air china really hurts. No providers, wait in appearance/starting period, food is dirty. I dropped my luggage & no reaction from airlines. On international trip they don't material who are able to comprehend british... It had been headache to visit on-air chna with family.
