Ripoff charged for rotators, not replaced, brake pads faulty, had to have part of it redone in three months

First of all, changed the authorization amount.
Charged for new rotators, they were not replaced, when brakes were redone. The line on the turn down was evident. Brake pads, had to be replaced. While i was there, they had a customer that they broke bolt. They charged him $70.00 for a new one because he refused estimate of $1500.00. I had to have the vehicle back on the road, and they knew it. When work was completed, the mechanic took manager in back room, before i was presented with bill for $622.00. I have all information, plus bill for redo, that i can present to the media, or a lawyer.

When they gave me total, they told me husband had approved that amount. My husband, said he did not, approve that amt. Bill was already paid. If you look closely, you see that they changed a 0 to an 8. They also had a lot of cross outs, and told me that work was done for free. I knew that wasn't right. I would love to be one of those people who could get money back. I would pay attorney fees, provided, their was some return to me.
