What a joke!

My experience with Wanner Ford has been a very frustrating one. I had a terrible leasing experience there i went to lease a car got all my documents together and on the day i went to sign the deal i waited forever its not like i live 1.5hrs from the dealer. But anyway i signed the contract for the lease left home with the car and in two days i get a call from the dealer a guy named Fred saying that if i was laid off work i said yes he said i needed to get a full time job in less than 24hrs or i had to return the car back? I was like you have another income on file my wife's they said no you need a full time job and unemployment doesn't count this is ridiculous i said i said can we work something out so that i can keep the car he said no and started getting rude and nasty on the phone talking about if i dont return the car that he will report it stolen and prosecute me i was like wtf. I never said i wasnt going to return the car i was just shocked on how it all went down they rushed me thru the leasing process and i gave them $500 cash to get the lease i return the car i only had it 2 or 3 days tops now they wont return my call about me getting my $500 It's not bad enough that every time I called they put you on hold for sometimes 15 minutes and never come back to you. Very poor place to do business. I would never step foot in this place even if its the last dealership in the world. I am very upset and disgusted with this place. I should have stayed local.
