National Entry covered Edgar Larious struck my left vehicle January 12 (2001 Silver VW Passat). They stated another person didn't deliver right-of-way (Ms. Diaz dark vehicle) and struck Mr. Larious and was the reason for the incident and refused my state. There is no proof discovered from the authorities to recommend this-but they offered traffic passes. Ms. Diaz was removed of inability to deliver. AA demands on unique reason behind refusal, without any proof, and certainly will not resolve my vehicle. Also before all of this occurred, they didn't have any proof however stated hit-and-run and inability to deliver. Authorities didn't locate any harm to different partyis car, minimum damage/reduction to Mr. Larious with various color (red) on left-side (right-side struck my car) was supplied to authorities 3 months later, additional party insurance provider supplied notice and pictures of no harm to Ms. Diaz's car. AA Nevertheless decline - characters to statements supervisor, VP, boss unanswered. AA stated other party had provided them $150 negotiation but this refused by different events attorney.insurer at AA kept insisting that their refusal stands centered on Ms. Diaz not containing right-of-way and it has now ceased answering.
