Very unprofessional

I bought gearbox for my go-kart from MaxPartsList.com nevertheless when I obtained it I came across that it had been wrong one, in the place of delivering me inner gearbox I received exterior. I named them-and described scenario and was reassured that correct gearbox is likely to be sent quickly. I waited for months again however they've ceased returning my emails sooner or later.
