I had a great experience on the sales side with Jose. I got a great deal on a purchase and felt that he really tried to earn my business as I was shopping between several dealers. I would definitely deal with him again. Ok, now that the sales portion is out of the way. Let's talk about the service side...

Stay away from this place. I brought in my bike in for its first service a few months ago. The bike was two miles short of hitting the 600 mile mark. The service rep offered to ride it around the block so that a proper reset on the service indicator can be made. I had no qualms, I'm sure they have good insurance.

I then decided to purchase a few Rizoma parts for them to install. I got the grips and the flush-mount bar ends. After waiting three hours beyond the promised turn time, I got the bike back with the flush-mount bar ends sticking approximately a quarter of an inch out. So, I am looking at this thinking, did they expect me not to notice? The guy tells me, "Oh, we're not really familiar with these Rizoma parts and we dont have the right part to grind down the bars."

So, basically this guy just told me they sell items they know nothing about and are ill-equipped. They told me to bring the bike back and they will take care of it since the part they needed was en route and emphasized that it will be done free of charge. I'm thinking to myself, "Free of charge?" hmm... interesting. Bringing the bike back was a hassle since I could've had the bike worked on at Munroe in the first place, which is three blocks away from work. I leave the place and I noticed they didn't run the bike for the two miles they had promised, so I would've had to bring the bike in again for the reset!

I returned a few days after. Not having learned my lesson, I purchased reservoirs and brackets. I figured, it will be my last time there, might as well have them do it. After waiting three hours beyond the promised turn time, I got my bike back. The sales rep, Jose, felt so bad for me and gave me a little coffee table book. This was a nice gesture that I appreciated, but I felt that it was not on him to compensate for the service department's blunders. So, the service manager rings me up and says to me, "I know you've been here all day, can I show you this new motorcycle stand we just got in." Unbelievable...

So, in conclusion, if you value your time, comptetent service and good communication, please do not bring your bike there. Spare yourself the grief.
