Vyc buyer beware! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, DEFECTIVE PRODUCT~ Manipulative Customer Service!

We bought 4 tires, 2 had holes in them. They sent replacement for one and we patched the other one. The replacement tire they sent was unusable, so they sent another one. This third replacement tire had to be patched in order to be usable. Our primary vehicle was inoperable for 2 full weeks during this process. We lost work time for appts to patch, mount, and remount tires. We left negative feedback on ebay. Mark, from the company, emailed multiple times per day trying to get us to change the feedback. He finally offered a full refund if we promised to change the feedback, with the condition that we must change the feedback first. So, we did revise the feedback, and the refund never came, nor will he respond to phone calls or emails. Manipulative! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, along with MANY others. Check it out for yourself. Do not buy from this company! They will rip you off!!
