Noncompliant reimbursement

I published my 2004 BMW convertible with Classified Automobile Options on 02/16. I talked with Kent Palmer who stated he might market the automobile within 3 months. I had been requested to pay for $250 in advance to publish the vehicle and was guaranteed by Mr. Palmer that I'd get a complete reimbursement if my BMW didn't market. Mr. Palmer mentioned he currently had clients authorized and arranged who have been searching for this specific kind of vehicle. Mr. Palmer mentioned he'd contact the customers and forward my info to these clients. I never got a phone from London or any client about my vehicle. Every time I contact, I obtain a saving and am requested to depart a note. I've left several communications with no reaction.By today, I still can't get anybody from Classified Automobile Methods To return my calls. Since I have can't get any reaction out of this organization, I'm compelled to document a conventional written criticism and perhaps appropriate action. Please support me solve this problem and acquire a complete reimbursement out of this wretched organization. They got my cash, never offered my vehicle, and also have clearly cut me yet others off. I'd prefer to observe this sticky period ceased and Classified Automobile Options repay the resources which are truly not theirs.
