Motovelo Bicycle Engins are a RIPOFF company. They sent my daughter a box with USED parts. When I called to inquire about it I was told to F myself by the head guy AYDIN OZAN. Now if you call before or after the store hours you will hear a long recording of how they stand by their product and customer service. From the first words of telling this guy that I recieved USED parts he called me a f-en liar and I was full of Sh-t. Great service and great product, NOT. If you're looking for a motor to put on your bicycle DON'T go to them. Motovelo.Us - 805-637-1746. They will sell you USED parts and curse you out. Nice service.
