A repossess truck with me being current on payments

On 10-10-11 I went to D&F auto sale I like a 07 Cadillac Escalde it was 34,106.24 so I trade a 05 Nissan 350 they kept it for 7,500 so I still owed 26,606.24, becuase they gave a high insert of 11.9672% so my payments were 200 every 2 weeks. I had the truck for a month in a half when came and got the truck I was current on my payments but he said that he had not got the third payment which that date was due the day he came and got the truck. They didnot even knock the just got the truck and left and I came out to see what was going on and they just step on it. So I call him and I said what is going on he told me he had not gotten the third payment which I told him but the payment is due today and if you don't get it today I'll pay you an extra 25 dlls which that was the fee for late he said no if you want the truck you have to pay the full amount. I ask him want about my personal things that were in the truck he said you can come and get them but when I went they were not all their so thats why I need help because this men is a STEALER he kept my car my things and the truck!!!
