Cancellation lost - Being Sold - Money Back - Promises

Complaints:

I could not cancel @ the fifth day, without losing my substanial downpayment. I guess it was in the fine print, because they surely do not tell you.

I was sold without telling me, in a timely manner, and before taking my substanial downpament. Above all, I was sold to a moving company I orginially did not want to service me. Also, promises of being there every step of the way disappeared. That is, nobody was there any part of the way, once I was sold. But, they will get you moved, because they have your money.

I was quoted for 21 small boxes it would cost me $600 dollars more, but when I had taken off twenty-one other small boxes to include eight medium and six extra large, they only gave me back $475 dollars. What a difference when being less. You think?

The originators of my contract were not found, when I had money back issues, except for their CSR that have no authority to do anything for you.
