General Motors
Safety Hazard

Cars & Transport

I bought a new Chevy Colorado back in March since then the transmission has gone out while I'm driving the vehicle. The dealership keeps fixing this problem, but about every 2-3 weeks it is back in the shop for the same thing. It is a very scary thing to be driving along and have no chance to get out of the way of traffic. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and NHTSA. The GM Rep. For SC said maybe I driving the Truck to hard. When I told her my drive to work was only 3.2 miles and that is all I use the truck for she had nothing to say, but her main concern was to get the truck fixed and my safety was not her concern. I was told if I didn't fill safe driving the truck not to drive it anymore, but I would have to keep making the monthly payments.
