Quirk Auto Dealerships Less than honest

On 5/2 I contacted Quirk Jeep about a new Wrangler Unlimited. The salesman was Shakir Wilson.
We started talking trade, which was a 2010 Chev 1500 Pick up with 19800 miles on it. I got a quote from both NADA and Edmonds, both had a trade in value for an average truck from 19550 to 17800. The sale guy told me that they could give me 17500 after about and hour ad a half of back and forth, but the extra money was coming from the MSRP or list asking price of the Jeep, leading me to believe there was no negotation of that price. First Lie.

Then came time for finance, I have a credit rating of 815 they told me that because of the length of the finance they could get me a rate of 4.75% and I had to pay a 75.00 fee to the bank. I have checked and found out I can get 1.99% and have only a small fee to join (35.00) the bank. This tells me someone is getting something from that 75.00.

The last but not the least slap in the face was a half tank of gas and I ended up paying for the state inspection In all the years where i bought new or used cars they always came with a full tank of gas and the sticker was paid for.
