Poor after the sale business

This company sold a damaged UTV to us and will not do right by the warranty. We have been told a number of times that are warranty parts has shipped, they gave us a tracking # that showes on shipment. When we purchased this UTV in February, we did not receive it until middle of April (which we knew they would be available the first part of March). We paid extra for them to put the UTV together and purchased a windshield to go with it. When we did receive the UTV (middle of April) it was not put together and there was no windshield. It took me two weeks to get my refund of $300.00 for them not putting it together and another 2 weeks to get my windshield. That is with me calling them all day every day until that was done. Now they have lied to me 4 times on telling me that my warrant parts has shipped. They will not answer the phone nor answer emails once they have your money or after they have made a mistake. STILL WAITING ON WARRANTY PARTS!!! I have had a tracking number for a week now that UPS does not have!
