The Progressive Corporation Dishonest company that does not pay claims when their client is at fault!

I was on my way to an appointment when a woman turned in front of me coming from the other way. I had a green light and she was in a hurry. There was a SUV on my left in the middle lane when she made a quick turn and barely passed them and I tried to avoid her but could not hit the other cars coming in the middle lane. This caused me to hit her car in the right rear fender while trying to stop. I was going speed limit about 30 when she darted out. We got out and exchanged insurance companies and when I got home and called mine they said to just call progressive since she pulled out in font of me. I called and took pictures to send them. You could see where my car was scraped quite well on the front bumper right under the light. I kept being told to wait and now they call and say they examined the sequence of the lights and took our statements that they were not going to pay for the damage she did. No wonder Progressive makes so much money because they refuse to pay any claims from their policy holders. It would have cost them a lot less to fix the fender than to fight my insurance company. I wanted to warn you not to trust this company with any insurance deals. They are dishonest and unethical. Please find a better company that pays it's bills without trying to mess over the people that their clients run in front of. I guess instead of being honest I should have jumped up and down yelling oh my back or some other malady to try to screw them like they are me. Now I understand why people spend there time fighting insurance companies. Being honest does not pay. You reap what you sew!!!
