Disgusting service!

I made a purchase from Bloomex Australia and the service was disgusting. I cannot find out anything about my order. An online operator keeps informing that my flowers are delayed by 72 hours and keeps giving me generic responses. I have been trying to get in contact with their office, however, no one is answering. The service was absolutely ridiculous! If I do not receive my flowers by today, I will be reporting them to the Office of Fair Trading.
