Lexus GS water leak, paint chips, wheel corrosion

I have a 2006 Lexus GS. I have had issues with this "premium" car for years. The poor quality paint that chips and shows wear. The wheels have corroded and flaked off. But above anything cosmetic, the biggest problem has been water that has been pouring into the car. The carpet is soaked, it smells. I've never had a car leak water. Lower priced cars dont have issues like this. Looks like this will be my last Lexus.
