NY Biker Gear/Biker Direct Fraud/Theft

On March 12th I ordered a set of forward controls for my motorcycle from Biker Direct.com at the cost of $398.00. A couple of weeks went by and I still hadn't received any shipping information so I called the customer service number provided on the website. It NEVER rings a single time and sends you straight to voice mail instructing you to call back another time. I've probably called this number fifty times and the result is the same EVERY TIME! I then proceeded send them emails to the provided "Customer Service" address and after several attempts "Deb" writes me back with several excuses on why my parts still weren't shipped and insisted she'd personally look into it and have them shipped. Several days went by and... Nothing. I wrote her again and stated that if I didn't receive a tracking number and shipping info by March 25th then I wanted to cancel my order and have my card credited... No response. I called my credit card company and it turns out they charged my card at the moment the transaction was made instead of waiting until the item was shipped, so I couldn't cancel the order myself! I wrote again and explained how unusual this action is and FINALLY got a response with more excuses about their extremely suspect practices, but she insured me that she cancelled the order and my card was credited and it could take up to seven days to credit my card... I waited ten and still nothing. I wrote and called them several more times before getting another email with yet another excuse, but assured me it was taken care of. That was several weeks ago and since then I've filed a case with the Better Business Bureau, threatened them with the police and a law suit and haven't heard a single word.

To this day my card has still not been credited and they're obviously thieves who have blatantly ripped me off.By the way, I emailed them from another account and wrote that I'd like an alternative phone number so I could order some parts and would feel more comfortable actually speaking to someone, they responded IMMEDIATELY, but recognized my number when I called and refused to answer... EVER! To this day I am yet to actually hear the voice of someone who actually works there!!!
