Terrible company

This past year my automobile was somewhat broken while left alone in a parking lot. I documented it to USAA and tell them I'd not be processing a state because it might be set cheaply by myself. Later I came across that USAA had documented within the IDEA and ISO sources that I submitted a state to be in an incident.

When calling USAA for help, I obtained some sudden therapy from many statements reps, then wound up speaking with two supervisors - one that didn't return a telephone call as guaranteed and another who had been very arrogant in his downright rejection to fix the errors. Up to now, USAA continues to be completely pleased to abandon this fake details about my statements background in both public sources, and that I am passing up on a safe-driver discount at my present insurer consequently.

It was the ultimate straw after many years of enduring unaware reps and progressively-increasing rates without any cause or clarification.

I've since shut all my insurance, bank, and expense balances with USAA and also the remainder of my extended-family is along the way to do exactly the same. Do not trust this shady organization.
