Ripoff Tride to Get More money than I owe for my loan stateing I was late Fort Worth

AmeriCredit Corp failed to credit a payment I made. I tried unsuccessfully to make them realize their error.

I finally got fed up after several months and got a lawyer to look into this, and show my payments were made on time as I had previously told them. The same problem started again 1 year later in april. My lawyer sent them 3 letters requesting a print out, they refused to send reply.

They sent out threatning letters and phone calls harrassing me constantly. I sent out the money order in april of but they say they never received it.

Anyone That has Same problem I think we all know what has to be done, Think of whats being happen to us, Now Ask yourself what would you do? Please e-mail if you have gone threw the samething

Now Its time to stop the constant harrassing from Americredit and their team of Gansters.
