Inman's Auto Rescue, AKA 'Auto Rescue' is a contract provider of roadside assistance. They are a Texas Corporation that has multiple dummy companies spread around the country. On of these is, "Auto Rescue of San Francisco LLC", which gives a physical address to the city that is actually just a mailbox service. This is illegal. They have no fictitious name filing in they counties where they operate, such as San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda, Contra-Costa, etc. San Francisco fictitious name #0300273-00 filed 1/31/07 is not the same company, but is a shop that went out of business.inman's Auto Rescue has not filed with the CA Secretary of State as an Out-Of-State corporation doing business in CA.

Their individual drivers are independent contractors who refuse to disclose if they have the required local business licenses. None of their vehicles have a phone number or required markings.
