Procare Expert Auto Service America's Service Station rip-off! Do not honor their previuos service agreement with customers

I purchased an oil change agreement with America's Service Station on Feb. I paid in advanced for five oil changes.in the contract, it did not says anything about expiration date. Up to now I used up only three oil changes. I still have two oil changes left in my certificate.

However, today (July 31), when I went to ProCare (the new name or company for America's Service station), they said they no longer honor those old service contract any more. The manger also did not show any intention to remedy this situation. I feel I was ripped off. That is why I want to file a official complain about this company.
