They were called to tow a car out of a spot a 1720 S Michigan, when the car was no longer there, they tow my car at random from the same general spot on a different floor. I had not moved my car for a week and I have a picture of my car in the correct spot. My building has a picture and documenst to prove that they towed the wrong car.

I am out $288 because they are unethical. They obviously do not take American Express because AMEX does not allow unethical business to get paid on money they do not earn. This is a company that makes a living through dishonesty.

Stay away - do not contract with them - you are opening up yourself to a huge liability.
