Broadway Auto Corp. Offers a 5 year/100 mile policy for $500. The problem is, the policy is only good on cars with clean titles. Broadway Auto Corp. Only sells rebuilt cars, with branded titles.

They are crooks. Don't do business with them. I called the insurance company covering the policy, they confirmed that they do not cover cars with a branded title (the company was also VERY rude... Hung up on me when I protested they had someone selling their policy's on cars that weren't covered).
