United states auto club breach of contract left on side of road. Would not dispatch tow truck

I have paid this company over 8 years for roadside service. Which rarely ever used. My grandaughter goes to cooage so i got her put on my policy years ago the 19 of march at 930 pm she broke down and called them they assured her they would send a tow truck hours went by and she is still trying to get a tow. When i called at 12 05 pm they assured me the tow truck was on its way which was a lie we were told no tow trucks were dispacthed after dark which is another lie then wshe was told if she would pay $600.00 they would send one being broken down was bad enough but as i assumed she was protected and would be brought home safe. This company lies about their roadside service i trusted them. And they failed to consider the danger they put her in when she ran her phone batterys down being put on hold this co should be held accountable for this.

They said they would make it up to me but all they sent was a $20.00 vocucher for gas you have to send back and then they deside wether it is valid. They are liers they use false statements on the internet since this occuered they have put up a new webpage still lies as her father mother and me where out after 2 oclock trying to find her. I dont know who repersents this company as they have three different clubs. But they should have to pay for this terrible thing. I only have one grandaughter who means the world to me and they put her life in danger leaving her on the side of the road alone and no way to call for help. I would like to see this co. Punished and the phone operators that night dissmissed. They need to do what we pay them for. So what was the six hundred dollars for if the tow trucks would not come out after dark. Towing is how they make their money. They never called they were to busy. Doing nothing.
