Bloomstoday late delivery and dinky arrangement - Joy's Florist

I ordered arrangement at 12:45 on Wednesday and recipient got flowers the next day after 5:00 P.M. The arrangement was much smaller than picture showed. I was totally embarrased because this was my mother-in-law. I am sure she thinks I was being super cheap. Also they did not get the message correct... Terrible!!!
