The letter I received says "Congratulations: You have made an excellent decision in activation your extended Vehicle Service Contract while you still qualify"

After buying a extended Vehicle Service Contract, a year ago, this is the first time I needed to use it, and it is not an extend my Vehicle Contract, instead have totally different coverage. Refused to pay and of the repairs to the transmission. After trying to cancel I was told they couldn't tell me what I would get back, until it was cancelled.
