Mislead buyer selling a car that was not what it seemed to be

I purchased a Lincoln LS from this dealer. I also purchased an extended warranty and was promised that in order to obtain the extended warranty the technicians at Scarrit Lincoln had to make sure that the car had never been in any type of accident and the parts were original.

I recently had to change the hood and the technicians that changed it noticed that the hood was not the original part. I was mislead to purchasing a car that did not have original parts on it in order to purchase the extended warranty and present the car as if it was in a perfect condition when it was not.

Either the technicians could not tell if the part was original in this case the Dealer should be responsible for hiring such technicians. Or the Dealer knew what was going on and presented the car as it had never been in a collision.in both cases the dealer should take responsibility and reimburse the buyer for purchasing such a vehicle.
