Bad Customer Service

My partner visited get gasoline within our truck. He just had one hundred dollar bill and went directly into prepay. The clerk informed him that she simply exposed and may not provide change. She did not understand what to do this she named her "supervisor". I take advantage of this phrase lightly. The supervisor MIchelle informed the clerk to contact law enforcement and inform him to depart. Actually, I can not clarify the problem any better than that! The clerk actually was informing law enforcement official that there is no requirement for them to be named. She simply did not understand what she was designed to do.
