Rip-off! RMR-C430 is nothing more than a box with lights

The RMR-C430 is not a working radar unit, if you are trying to select a radar for purchase - look elsewhere. I bought this product through Target.com and that was the only reason I am getting my money back. I called Rocky Mountain Radar (why is it called Rocky Mountain if its located in El Paso?) and they informed me that I needed to send them the unit for repair or replacement - taking 8-10 business days but gave no explanation for the unit's inoperability. The unit is nothing more than an empty box with lights.
