These people rob you! Bindyou to a bogus contract that not even bankruptcy will get you out of. You are not allowed to pay off the entire principal. And still charged five times the cars blue book value, mainly interest. There method of payments has got to be illegal, you can't receive monthly statements, they don't accept check, money order. So your forced to pay by credit card where they charge you 10$ for credit transactions, making my bi weekly payments of almost 200$ on a good month 600$ a month for a 2004 Chevy impala severely used.
