They say "Not Responsible for Damage to your Car" what they should say is that they are totally irresponsible!

When their equipment damages your vehicle they will tell you immediately: "We are not responsible." When you get upset about it, they will tell you: "We understand." However, when their machinery rips a piece of factory installed trim from your car they decide whether it is their fault or not. Manager claims that "corporate turned down the damage request" without any further explanation other than the trim must have been loose to begin with. It was not loose and the damage was both very visible and clearly happened inside the car wash.

They should not be allowed to do business with honest people - nothing is ever their responsibility. I will never go back and encourage all who care about their automobiles to follow suit. It is a huge rip off in every way. Not only that, the vehicle was not even clean even after going through their equipment and getting damaged. It is clearly a rip off of the highest order!!!
