These people need to be looked into for fraudulent and shady business practices

I helped a friend out to buy a car this past saturday. It was his first time buying a car from a used car lot. They saw him coming. Not only did the price change several time so did the down payment, monthly payment and then did not tell him about a deferred payment charge of over $1,600 to be made in one month.

They also have an interest rate of over 27 percent on the car and did none of tthe repairs they were supposed to make. The car door won't open from inside the passengers door. The windshield wipers won't work and I'm now assuming there will be other problems.

What angers me most is that they told him just sign the papers or he could not have the car. He did not know any better and did not read anything.

I wish someone at the state level would nail these people. And after all the complaints I see here why aren"t they?
