Total lack of respect towards customers

I am writing due to a car purchase. Back in january i went to go start looking a new cars. I was ready to purchase a car and found this dealership. I went there because my credit isn't the greatest and i needed a car. I got there the morning of 1/23/04. When i showed up they told me that it would only take an hour or so. 4 hopurs later i was still there and late for work. They told me that even though my van broke down on their let they would pay off the current loan and use it as my trade in. Since i was now strandad in des moines i had to buy a car. At this point i was becoming very frustratd and just wanted to leave.

They put me into a 2002 chevy malibu ls for 13990. That was 4000 over value. They included tax title and license in the loan. The plates never came and when i called about that they argued with me. I then drove there to show them that it was included on my loan they gave me the money to plate it when they said they would. If i hadn't gone there i think they would have kept the money. They then added a warrany for 3 years 30000 miles that was suppose to cover everything. Finally i just singed the paper as they were telling me what it said. I then left with the car. The tires were completely shot and 3 days later had to be replaced.

1 month later the loan that they said they would pay off still wasn't. I called to find out what was going on with that and noone would talk to me. Then the car starts to break down. The warranty however covered nothing. I asked to cancel the warranty and they told me i had to drive down there to sing that paperwork. I did that and they said the warranty money would be applied to my loan. Still the bank has not received it. Also on the way back the car was totaled after hitting a deer. I only had the car for 4 weeks at this point. Now they keep calling anyone and everyone they have numbers for to reach me. After the car was totaled i quit paying for it cuz i had insurance and gap protection. All in all i think that they thought that they could outwit me because i was a girl. What they didn't realize that i know how a car works and if need be i can fix it.
