Tires Plus
Rip-off! Intentional damage! Dishonest!

I went to Tires Plus in Gainesville to get a lot of work done on my car. I purchased (at their advise, of course) 2 new tires, a brake job and an oil change just to name a few. Well, over the past two months I have had to have all those items looked at and fixed again.

Yes, they put two new tires on, but failed to balance them. When I went back, I was told that they wouldn't balance them above 70 MPH. After I indicated that they were balanced BEFORE I went there, and they'd be balanced after, they finally balanced them correctly.

Then, it was brought to my attention that one of the lugs on my new tire was broken off. When I went back to Tires Plus and requested that they fix it, since they were the last to work on it, they said that they didn't have time. So I took my car to Sears and had it done.

I spoke with the manager of Tires Plus and he took my Sears receipt and promised a refund in a few weeks. Its been two months and still no refund. Finally to top it all off, after my last oil change at a different company, I was notified that the last people to change my oil (Tires Plus) replaced MY oil plug with an over sized oil plug, thus stripping the plug and causing an oil leak.
I had to had this replaced and will be pursuing Tires Plus for a refund that I'm sure I will not receive.
After all this, I have not once even received an apology from Tires Plus.
