Auto Parts Bin? Illegal debit charge forged signature

I was charged $258.41 from these guys for auto parts that I didn't order. They were charged to my old debit card which hasn't been used in over a year, but is still linked to my account. No PIN was used, my statement says it was a signature transaction so I guess somebody forged my name or something. They're no help on the phone, and my bank is proving to be about as helpful... Oh, good times. After looking around online a bit, this company appears to have quite a track record of pulling this.
