After several written request this rip off artist never refunded the $1595.00 he was paid to ship my ca

After several written requests to return the $1595.00 that Mr. Southerland was paid to ship my car, all i got was excuses. One excuse was that he had a change in office workers and then another excuse was that he had had a office fire and all of his records were destroyed. After the last excuse i mailed him copies of the contract and a copy of the direct depoist that was made to his bank (NORTH VALLEY BANK) And still the refund was never sent. I guess that this guy is just a crook and he is in jail where he belongs. I wonder if he can be made to make restitution to his customers after this crook gets out of jail? Or if additional charges can be filed against him for bank fraud.
