Lied about engine being replaced in order to make a sale

Hello, I am writing to alert you about a fraudulent used car dealership in Cleveland. It doubles as an auto repair shop. I went to Cleveland on Jan. 5th, to go and see a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport for sale. It was a small used car dealer called "Eastside Automotive", located at 18901 1/2 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland. Their phone number is
216-812-4292. The salesperson's name is Jay Munitz. Jay showed me the van and
informed me that although the body had 166,000 miles, Eastside Automotive had
recently replaced the engine, which had around 80,000 or 90,000 miles on it. He
was unable to give me the exact mileage, but assured me that he would get it to
me. My girlfriend and another friend were there to witness the entire
transaction. He assured me that the vehicle had been inspected by their shop,
and that there was nothing wrong with it. We agreed on a price of $2,500.
