Carguard rip off, owe me money, horrible company!

This company is horrible! With communication, policy, refunds, and scams! I purchased a policy thru this ripoff company in August for my 2003 Audi A4 Convertible. I gave them 2K down for a $3,200 policy for 3 years. After paying for the policy and waiting a month I brought my car in for a few slight issues (which were supposed to be covered).

After bringing my car in for a few things and the warranty company refused to pay it over and over again, I cancelled them! They were not happy with this decision so started giving me the run around. Then I was told via e-mail because they never answer their phone or call you back, that I would be getting a check in the mail in 45 to 60 days and would be told the return amount asap.

Now 56 days later I have not received my final cancellation amount, nor a check, and of course not a phone call or email back after calling / emailing everyday for over two weeks! This company is completely horrible and is a scam! They do not communicate and i'm starting to think they might not even exist because its such a bad business!

At this time I am getting my lawyer involved and going to be following up via legal law! I advise noone to do business with "aaa carguard" at all!
