AAmco Transmissions - Stop Calling Customer Service - Contact the Attorney General or Media, Please

This is a report to all customers of AAMCO Transmissions that are not satisfied and feel they are being ripped off.

I was an owner of an AAMCO center for many years and have wrote in this website plenty times before. I have read several of your recent stories and am not surprised.

Customer Service located in Pennsylvania is not helpful for the customers or the owners. They are only there so that people will not contact their local attorney general offices or the better business bureau or possibly the local news stations where ever the AAMCO center is located.

One fact that needs to be know is ALL AAMCO centers are independently owned and operated and there is nothing home office can do about what their center owners choose. If a customer is not satisfied they should speak with the owner of the AAMCO center.

If they can not get in contact with the owner or is not satisfied with the owners actions, they should contact their local Better Business Bureau, Attorney General or the News Station. They are the only people that can get the owners to shit or get off the pot.

Home office is filled with inexperienced people including the management. I have heard several times that representatives get in trouble for utilizing management and supervision.

As a result the representatives try not to use them which results in the customer not getting what they want. The supervisors are "used to be representatives" who can't do more than the representatives so why waste the time. They are under educated idiots too.

Save time and contact your local consumer agencies for immediate satisfaction. I can guarantee you will hear and get a quicker and better response.
