Motorsports Auto Sales Crooks, manipulators, deceivers, sell junk, 'as is' gives consumers no protection

I was referred to Haider and Omar, owners of Motorsports Auto Sales, on a day when I needed a car in a hurry. These men said they would give me a great deal on a Nissan Altima 03' with 134,000 miles. It was priced for $8900. They clearly said to me, you can only get approved for $5500 for the financing so you need to come up with the rest in cash as a down payment. I didn't have it then but promised to pay them when I got my financial aid. I paid them a few weeks later in cash ($3450). When I was finalizing and signing the paperwork, I noticed that the Total Selling Price said $11,700, when I asked Hector, who was processing the paperwork, about that he said, oh no, that is with interest, you are walking out the door with everything at $8300. We took care of you girl!

2 days later the car started to drive terribly. It lagged when I tried to accelerate, it rattled and made a wierd sound, like a playing card in the spoke of a bicycle.
