Took my money from Consignment and did not pay off my loan as they contractually agreed to do

Terrible. Consigned my truck here and was getting jerked around about whether it sold or not. Then one day I see a guy on the news driving it. The next day I see the same guy driving it down town, call wolf and they claim it hasnt sold yet. After weeks of chasing Buck around I finally got him to admit it had sold and after another week finally got my check for the truck. I checked my account with the lender THREE weeks later to be sure my loan was paid off as Buck said they would and turns out they havent paid it off. These guys are crooks and theifs. Thank goodness I kept paying the loan through auto pay or else I would be 2 months behind on my payments right now which would DESTROY my credit. Do not shop from these crooks.
